Swara Bhaskar is an Indian actress who has worked in various Hindi films, web series, and television shows. She was born on April 9, 1988, in Delhi, India. Her father is a retired Indian Navy officer and her mother is a professor of cinema studies. Swara completed her schooling from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Delhi and then pursued a degree in English literature from Delhi University’s Miranda House.
Swara made her acting debut with the film “Madholal Keep Walking” in 2009, but it was her role in the film “Tanu Weds Manu” (2011) that brought her recognition. She has since acted in several films, including “Raanjhanaa” (2013), “Nil Battey Sannata” (2016), “Anarkali of Aarah” (2017), and “Veere Di Wedding” (2018).
Apart from films, Swara has also appeared in popular web series such as “It’s Not That Simple” and “Rasbhari”.
